

One on One gym sessions include either a ½ hour or hour session in the studio with myself. This is designed so that it is just the two of us in the studio so there is nothing to distract or make you feel uncomfortable. It will include Cardiovascular and weights training depending on your personal goals. With one on one training we will be entirely focused on your goals and getting the results you want to achieve in the time frame that you are aiming for.

Group PT is a great way to gain motivation through training with a friend at the same time as keeping down the cost. You can have groups from 2 to 4 and we can work together to aim for your individual goals as well as having fun as a group and having a good work out

Perfect for anyone who is keen to get into the gym and train but has a slightly tighter budget or just enjoys working out in a group environment. This is a combination of Circuit training. It is high-intensity CV and resistance training which is designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and CV fitness. Circuit classes are fun and sociable and aimed at all ages and fitness levels.

A 12 week package is a great way to kick start your health and fitness routine. In 12 weeks you can see dramatic changes to your health and physique. It doesn’t matter whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just tone up and get healthier this is a great package to see sustainable result in a short space of time. It also includes a full health and fitness check and a constantly changing programme to best help you reach your individual goals. I will email you any interesting information I think may help you stay motivated and be there to support you constantly throughout the 12 weeks.
This package includes either two 1 hour sessions per week or 1 hour session and two ½ sessions as well as monthly ½ hour goal setting meetings and an introductory chat, goal setting and health check.

Getting ready for the new season and keen to be fit and in peak condition to win some trophies in 2010? I have devised a 6 week programme to help you be ready and raring to go. This will reduce the risk of injuries such as strains and general aches and pains as well as get you fit so you are playing to your full potential. This includes either 2 hour sessions or 1 hour and 2 ½ sessions per week as well as an introductory chat and as much support via email and telephone as is needed to keep you on track. Also we will have a pre season BBQ to make sure you are fully prepared and trained up for the social side too!!
