Day 1
Georgie met me at my car and was so and friendly and welcoming.
Her premises are lovely really cosy. She has a shower room as well which will be very useful if I need to go straight to work.
I filled out a medical check list and Georgie checked my blood pressure. I was given the all clear and off we went ....eeek
We boxed to start with which was fun, I enjoyed hitting so hard, I hadn't realised how aggressive I am !! had to concentrate on my technique as well though.
Moved on to balancing work on a BOSE ball which I loved- even though I looked drunk most of the time.
Press ups - planks - medicine balls so many fun exercises, the hour whizzed by.
Georgie then stretched me which I have never had done before but was great, finished off with quick shoulder massage from Georgie which was a treat.
Day 2
We did my Body Fat Index which I don't think I want to know!!! height weight etc
Having met me and talked through what I need and want Georgie has devised a plan for me concentrating on my core but working everything else as well
Again we did lots of fun exercises, different to the first day. I got quite tired towards the end but G kept me motivated. I have puffed (which I hate)! broke into a sweat (which I never do) but feel fab and very proud of myself :)
Day 3
Feel a bit rough today, would love to call and cancel but can't mess G about. Kids are off school so great excuse but G says its Ok to take them as long as they are good and occupy themselves so off we all went, DS games to hand. (They sat in her office)
I had some time on the x-trainer which boosted me a bit then we did a lot of work on my legs. I can't believe how much better I am on the BOSE ball already I flew through my lunges and squats, no wobbles, perhaps its all in the mind? Managed to hold my plank a bit longer too.
All great, feel soooo much better for doing the work out.
Day 4
Feel a bit rough again - stiff! No idea why? :) - anyway positive thinking off I go...
A bit more intense on the x trainer.
We are concentrating on my arms today, Georgie pushed me quite hard. I am a bit of a cheat so she keeps an eye on my technique and on how hard I am working. Upped the weights a couple of times. I worked hard no idea where I got the strength but I did yippee!!!!

I am feeling alot better and was keen to get to Georgies today.
I have had so much more energy than usual which is brilliant, must be down to all this extra activity.
Georgie has got me sussed, she knows I am a lazy Minx so she is pushing me harder.
Started on the x trainer which I love , even enjoyed puffing and feeling my heart beating!!
On to the Bike!!!
I am not very good at the spinning thing!!! I know the bike is static but get myself into allsorts of problems!!!
I swear it took off with me and I can't stand up and sit down while peddling, I am ridiculous,its official!!!
Anyway I am sure it did me the world of good!!!
Cables, now they are my cup of tea, loved them, had to concentrate on my technique and breathing.
Georgie has upped the weights a bit, pushes me till I can't quite do another rep.
Squats and knee lifts with weights were fun. Bicep dips are horrible, I hate them but am thinking of the body beautiful ha
Had a fab stretch and am definitely, becoming more supple
